2.1 Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the event date.
2.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy stated during booking. The deposit amount is non-refundable.
2.3 Rescheduling of events is subject to availability and management approval.
3.1 The venue can only be used for the purpose specified during booking. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
3.2 Event organizers must ensure that guests adhere to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3.3 Damage to property, whether accidental or intentional, will result in additional charges.
4.1 Event timings must be adhered to as per the booking agreement. Any extension of time will incur additional charges, subject to management approval.
4.2 Noise levels must be kept within permissible limits, especially during late-night events.
5.1 Gopinath Gardens provides basic amenities and facilities as stated in the booking agreement.
5.2 Additional services such as catering, decoration, photography, and security can be arranged upon request, subject to additional charges.
5.3 The management reserves the right to refuse any request that is deemed inappropriate or beyond the scope of the venue’s offerings.
6.1 Gopinath Gardens is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during events.
6.2 Event organizers are responsible for ensuring safety and security measures for their guests.
7.1 The management reserves the right to remove individuals or terminate the event in case of inappropriate behavior, illegal activities, or breach of terms.
7.2 Additional security staff can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
8.1 Gopinath Gardens shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
9.1 Event photography and videography are allowed within the premises. Permission must be sought for commercial shoots or live broadcasts.
9.2 The venue reserves the right to use non-identifiable images of the property for promotional purposes.
10.1 Gopinath Gardens reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to clients or displayed on our website.
